And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

There comes a time in life when an individual gets tired of using one thing for a very long period. People change their mobile phones, cars and even dresses just because they want to associate themselves with something new. The fresh oil we seek daily must go with new things. The first we shall look at is a renewed mind.
God has also promised us in His everlasting Word to always refresh us with new goodies. Apostle Paul spoke about the new creation to the church in Corinth. He assured them that everything becomes new in the life of anyone who is in Christ Jesus.
The old life is gone forever; God now gives them a clean sheet to start all over again. Amazingly, a lot of people cannot grasp the full revelation of the new creation. Hence, they still live in the consciousness of the old life. These people are still grounded in their old world simply because their minds have not yet been renewed.
